Brief:
Respond to 1 of 10 themes with a visual narrative, using any format or medium to tell your story.
Solution:
I chose the theme "Two" and made a narrative that references our relationships with others and separately, our phones. With the rise in popularity of online dating, I wanted to make something that encourages people to think about our perceptions of love.
Process:
I tried to depict practices that are relatable and resound with many people to crate an authentic picture of the modern dating scene. Although the ending is playfully pessimistic, I choose this plot twist ending to communicate that even though life can seem repetitive, there's still unexpected things to anticipate and look forward to. This concept can also apply to romance and love.
