Solution:
I created a piece based on the children featured on the REACT Humanitarian Network's website, a charity that aids disabled children in Ghana to achieve a better education and quality of life.

Process:
I really wanted to create a piece that praises these kids and acknowledges their stories as well as uplifting other children by letting them know anything is possible, dream big and work hard. This was personal to me as these were beliefs my parents instilled in me, as a child of Ghanaian immigrants, that have uplifted me and made me who I am today.
