Chose one activity based on the "Just One Thing" podcast, do it for a week and turn the data into a meaningful visual communication.
Solution:
As a development of my previous outcome, I created an app in which you can learn how to do Tai Chi whilst tracking your progress and building a metaphorical "Tai Tree" based on your emotions.
