Brief:
Chose one activity based on the "Just One Thing" podcast, do it for a week and turn the data into a meaningful visual communication.
Solution:
I got "Try Tai Chi" so after doing it for a week, I created a motion piece featuring symbols that represented my emotions before and after the exercise.
Process:
In addition to experimenting with what the final outcome would look like, we had to practice typesetting using extracts from the podcast. I rated a simple but clear outcome that is shown down below.
